This project is part of a large virtual showhouse created together with national media partner Martha Stewart Living and Embello influencer marketing agency. The first-ever showhouse brought together 20 renowned designers, and each designer was responsible for their part of the house. Our job as a 3D visualization studio was to get each designer’s vision to life and create a virtual showhouse highlighting sponsors' products.
From Breegan:
I designed the kitchen and pantry with a focus on sustainability. The earth-toned spaces are durable and built to last with an eco-conscious sensibility. I introduced Taj Mahal quartzite, a manufactured stone, with a non-traditional mix of greys and browns to usher in gorgeous neutrals in a novel way.
Phase #1: Source materials provided by the designer
We sourced materials provided by Breegan, such as Taj Mahal quartzite for the countertops and backsplash, California Closets for storage solutions and Monrovia for outdoor plants. We also used Minted to source art prints that would make the room feel homey.
Phase #2: 3D Interior Rendering
Using the materials and the designer’s vision, we created a 3D rendering of the kitchen. We paid close attention to details such as lighting, shadowing, texture and color palette that would bring Breegan’s design to life. This allowed us to create an immersive experience with realistic textures and colors for viewers.
Phase #3: Virtual Showroom
We also created a virtual showroom for the kitchen, complete with an interactive tour of the room. This gave viewers the chance to explore different angles and vantage points within each space. They could virtually move around and view all the elements that Breegan had chosen for the room.

Phase #4: Animation
To further enhance the experience, we created an animation of Breegan’s design, highlighting the materials and textures used in her kitchen. This provided viewers with an opportunity to learn more about the design choices and how they helped bring her vision to life.
The project was a great success, and it gave viewers a unique and interactive experience of Breegan’s kitchen design. We were thrilled to be part of the Martha Stewart Living by Design virtual showroom!
