3D Interior Rendering of the Lounge Bar Designed by Mat Sanders

Making of the project

This project is part of a large virtual showhouse created together with national media partner Martha Stewart Living and Embello influencer marketing agency. The first-ever showhouse brought together 20 renowned designers, and each designer was responsible for their part of the house. Our job as a 3D visualization studio was to get each designer’s vision to life and create a virtual showhouse highlighting sponsors' products.

The colorful bar and lounge were designed by Mat Sanders, who knew that the dynamic space needed something special for guests' nights out there and could always be groovier than before!

Phase #1: Source materials provided by the designer

We got ready for work by studying the designer's source materials: mood boards, floor plans, and others. Once the preparation stage was over, our team was able to use those resources as starting points in designing a lounge bar.

Phase #2: 3D Interior Rendering

Our next step was to create interior 3D renders for the lounge bar. We used 3ds Max to recreate the space, paying close attention to details and making sure all the furniture and decor items were placed according to the designer's specifications.

Phase #3: 3D Virtual Showroom

Finally, we created a virtual showroom of the entire house. This was a great way to show off all the designer's hard work in one place and give potential buyers a realistic idea of what the space would look like.

Phase #4: Animation

We also created an animation of the room, which you can view here. Such animation not only allows you to shed light on the idea of the designer, but is also an excellent marketing tool. You can use it on your networks to get a lot of likes and audience attention or place it on your site so that visitors want to stay longer.

This project was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our skills in 3D rendering and animation.
